Additional Information:

During this program, students will participate in a Disney facilitated program, "Teamwork the Disney Way". In this experience, participants will learn Disney's philosophy and strategies behind high performing teams. They’ll experience first-hand how collaboration and openness enable teams to overcome obstacles and achieve the ultimate goal: expanding participant's understanding of leading within high performing teams on and off campus. Through hands-on learning and problem-solving scenarios, students will experience the real-world application of these principles as they interact with Disney leaders and discover their own personal leadership style.

50 students will be able to register for this program. Registrations will be on a first-come-first-served basis.

Your registration cost will cover: transportation (via 55 passenger bus), lodging (at a Disney Moderate Resort - announced soon!), meals at parks (allocated $20 per meal), 3-day Walt Disney World park passes, and the leadership program facilitated by Walt Disney World Cast Members. Souvenirs, food during travel days, additional foods/snacks, and any extras will be the responsibility of the individual. Participants are able to choose which parks they attend for two of the three days. We will have monthly meetings leading up to this program so you can meet others who are attending and plan your itinerary!

Participating in this program will provide you with an opportunity to experience and learn from a global leader in business and leadership development. This opportunity will enhance your skills and understanding of leadership and allow you to bring back these experiences to USC, where you can implement these new ideas and help develop other leaders within our communities.

Participants are able to choose their roommates (up to four per room) or be randomly assigned roommates. For participants who are interested in a single or double room, you may pay an additional cost on top of the $650.00:

  • Single Room: $780.00 (total cost: $1,430.00)
  • Double Room: $390.00 (total cost: $1,040.00)

For participants who choose to have a single or double room, you are required to pay the cost of the room in full at the time of registration, plus the $200.00 deposit, both non-refundable. This non-refundable payment is due to contract obligations with the hotel to hold your room. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate reaching out to Joshua Cauble
